Stand in front of the car.

Look in the big opening in the front bumper.

You are staring at the AC condenser (it is mounted right in front of the radiator).

do you think it could get damaged in a front end collision and a hole jsut pop up a now??

He didn't mention that the accident was the end of April. Do you think that it would just now show up still?

It's possible it was weakened then, or got a very fine crack in it. Even if it started leaking then, it is possible it didn't get low enough to quite entirely until now.

Hard to say. 9 times out of 10, if the condenser is teh source of the problem, some sort of impact was the original cause.

It's also a more recent piece of road debris did the damage.
