Power steering pump stopped working while i was doing 80 in a sharp curve ! made it through ok but the fluid is coming out of the reservoir anytime i turn the steering wheel. I picked up a used pump (67k) and put it in, same problem but not quite as bad. Hard to no steer, pump makes a whining noise, fluid comes out of the reservoir. Dealer want's $950 to TRY and correct. too much cash for a poor fella! Someone told me it COULD be the union port valve ($60 to replace). Any thoughts from anyone ??????
