Did you use some kind of polish on the inside of the plastic lens to clean it? If so, did you use some kind of sealer on it to help protect it or did you just let it be? I don't want to seal the outside only to have the inside start yellowing if you know what I mean.

Im not too sure about cleaning the inside, but if you seal them up correctly, you shouldnt have that problem.

use plast x on any plastic pieces

and i believe jiltman recommend using window wield (its not permanent when you heat it) oppose to silicone which is permanent

btw why do you have so many hid threads just make one and call it a day
