Not slammed but I think I have one of the highest spring rated cars here do to autocross/tracking but I know guys running up to 1200lbs in the rear. With that said it is very harsh over bumps but its still my DD and I love it, because on track it is hands down amazing.

im running koni yellows aswell. i to have had mine revalved to handle a 600lb spring up front and recently ordered some 800lb springs for the rear. im not slammed either, the ride is not as bad as i thought it would have been with such high spring rates. i soften my struts during the week days since i daily drive my celica but on the weekends i turn them up depending on the track/course set-up.

im not trying to be an a$$ but, why are u worried about spring rates if ur going to slam ur car? the car is going to ride like $hit anyway if u slam it so i dnt think the spring rate matters. just by some cheap ebay sleves, just in case u didnt know but Ground Control's will not allow u to slam any celica.

i think he asked about the rates cause you guys confused him when you posted yours, hell be decent low too
just get the kit, dont worry about the rates (standard rates are like 2xx front/3xx rear i think)

the great thing about GC is you can order what ever you want, so copy the spring rate from any coilover system out there and order that. The best idea would be to call up GC and tell them what you want to do with your car, how low you would like to go, and see what they say to go with. Not trying to confuse you, but you can order different spring heights and rates, so that you can "slam" your car while still having most of your travel(not compressing the spring all the way in order to get "slammed" look).
