how do you bleed your brakes. i have someone pump the brake 3 times but on the third pump i have them hold it there and i release the brake fluid from the caliper to get the air out of system. is it suppose to shoot out some brake fluid then stop or a constant stream of brake fluid. in my case i have some fluid out then stops.

well two man bleeding you should have fluid come out and it will stop so you re on the right track
gravity bleeding is a constant flow
just make sure you dont let the brake reservoir go dry and check the pedal before you drive

you have a clear hose connected to the nipple when you turn to bleed right? so it's not dripping down the caliper? once the friend holds it, you release only for a second and tighten it back up. then have the friend pump again. do it a couple times until there's no more bubbles in the line and the brake pedal feels firm. if you're doing the front only, do the passenger side then the driver side.

u might wanna bleed the entire brake system front and rear. u always wanna start on the wheel that is farthest away from the master cylinder.
this means u will start at the right rear wheel, then move to the left rear, then the right front, and last wheel would be the left front. if u have large ammounts of air in the system id suggest gravity bleeding first, then use the 2 man bleeding method to double check and make sure there is no more air in the system.
