just got home from a christmas party...on the way back I was doing 105 on the freeway nd I see a Texas State Trooper...
*Flashing Lights*
HE told me to get out with credentials...did a walk around of car, asked if I was drinking, etc.
He threatened at first to tow my car cuz he seemed pissed lol.
Long story short he gave me a citation for 103 on a 60...nd I cant do Defensive Driving cuz its over 25 mph over limit. So Ima fight it, wish me luck :wiggle:

O AND I ALMOST FORGOT!!!

Fight what?The fact that you did 43 MPH over the speed limit!?Good luck.......and it doesn't matter if you think he is a ricer.You will lose.Sorry man.

First off...Theres always technicalites that I could use as my defense(my lawyer should kno)

and 2nd off...He mite not even show up.
I got pulled over in March 09' for 35 in a 20 school zone and the cop never botherd to show up.
Doesnt hurt to fight it...besides if I lose, the lawyer could prob do something to reduce something in some way

when I was first pulled over he said he was gonna arrest me nd tow my car but like a minute later he said he was gonna cut me a break.

O yea iuno if I mentioned this...but all this happend 11:30 at nite....empty freeway, what else was I supposed to do?:fawk:

What made you think the cop was a ricer? How sure are you that you yourself aren't a ricer? Because from what it seems, YOU my friend are the ricer, speeding and doing 105 on our motorways where you could kill someone or injure them.

drive normal you idiot. you should go fight it so the judge can just point and laugh you, which is pretty much what we are doing to you.

Here in PA, you get your car towed if you double the speed limit.... its up to the cops discretion what he wants to do. Traveling at higher speeds can hold you liable for using your vehicle as a weapon.

Ive got my car going 147 at 3am on a freeway stretch here but i slow down right after.... Ive had too many tickets. I learned.... court = not fun

a constant 105mph on the freeway is dumb. anything can happen. tire blows, you're dead.
do it once just for a thrill on an empty one at night, but slow back down to 70 is alright. everybody does it.
