I'm looking to get some reverse lights that are brighter. Sometimes it's quite hard to see past my tint at night. Any suggestions for brighter bulbs or LEDS? Links and pictures would be great. thanks in advance.

you could try leds? make sure and get the 921's with a lot of radially firing leds as well as up top. i just sold a set that were pretty bright... granted the camera flares it a bit, but they were bright none-the-less

not sure how they would look through tint though.

do you have a picture of the led itself? looking on ebay, there's a lot of different designs. also, how much brighter would you say they were compare to stock halogens? thanks.

theyre on their way :D i think there were 9 or 10 radially firing leds, as well as 7 or so forward firing, so it fills the reflector area pretty well.

Try fitting some H3 bulbs in there since they are relatively small.

That wouldn't be practical since you'd have to wait for them to warm up.

Halogens will do just fine.

do you think the h3 will get hot fast enough to melt the housing?
