Its about being apart of the latest "fad." Drifting has meaning in the mountains of Japan. It has soul there. Then Formula D comes around and next thing ya know all the HS kids are getting 240's and trying to drift with them. Like any "fad" Drifting will fade away and the latest "fad" will come.

And for the record like few others have mentioned. You can not, and never will "drift" a FWD car. Its impossible. All he is doin is holding the E brake and sliding through the turn. Hince the massive rear camber. He can get a wide tire on the back and make the car look good (minus the camber part) but he has to put as much camber on it to get as little of a contact patch on the ground as possible. Otherwise he would have to run a super skinny tire for the least amount of traction possible.

I actually race my car. Trying to get the ass end to slide around is the exact opposite of smooth, fast racing.

I compare drifting to figure skating - there is no objective way to win. It is all subjective.

Didn't mean tuning on the Celica. All he did was put hella camber and called it a day.

I meant with actual drift cars. Like my friends 240SX S14 with a LS1 under the hood.

Or the best/only way to save the fenders with that drop. The front camber is out of whack too, just not as bad. and that is where you want traction.

Hey if that retard likes have a ridiculous camber to scrub tires be my guest. Any tire shop I know would throw that guy out on the street. Not many shops would attempt to mount a tire like that.

And ass dragging a front wheel drive car around a track with a handbrake isnt drifting. If u want a great drift car for cheap get a silvia. Nuff said.
