It will fit, but the outside edge of your wheel will stick out 0.85" further than your oem wheel...it might look funny or even cause rubbing if you're lowered.

yes, it will fit, take a look at this site as this is what trd japan uses for the t3 wheel

the +30 fitment will defintely clear the fenders, you can drop it 2" with no problems, i have that same set up but in 18x7.5 with +30 offset and i probably can drop it 2.5". dont worry it will fit.
