Navigation system suggestions?

Hey, there was an old thread in here but it wasn't much help. I have a Pioneer AVX-P7300DVD w/ AVM-P8000R and thinking about hooking up a navigation unit to it. Pioneer doesn't seem to have a simple add-on to it, the ones they have come with a DVD player which brings the price up to $2k.

What are your recommendations for a unit that will add-on to my current system? Alpine, Kenwood is what I've found so far.

I dont know if you can mix and match systems and I highly doubt that you can. More than likely you will have to stick with Pioneer. If you are looking for something cheaper you might not find it for under $2K. The Alpine one is the same, it has the DVD player and it runs $2400.
