Ok guys and glas as requested here is a quick DIY on a serpentine belt change out on a celica gt-s 2000. Should basically be the same on any and all cars.
Tools needed
new belt
socket with 14mm 6 point head I believe(feel free to correct me:)
friend makes this easier
Step one find the compression nut. This nut is welded to the frame of the tensioner assembly. Look for a nut with nothing attached to it. You can see in the pictures my wrench in hooked to it.

It is on the passenger side of the car. When you torque this nut it will compress the tensioner releasing the tension on the serp belt. The tension in compressed by pulling your socket towards you. Do not use a wrench for this as it will round off the nut then you will be f'ed. A 3/4 wrench will fit snuggly but DONT USE IT. Instead use a 6 point socket, I believe a 19mm per (Smaay) for leverage. Closer picture

Ok here is a closeup of the tensioner assembly. Sorry picture is on its side. At the left you see the tensioner spring. This is what compresses to take pressure on or off the belt. At the right is the nut you need to put your socket on and pull forward to compress the spring. In the middle is the bolt that mounts to the engine.

So in this picture I am pointing at the point where you want to remove/ install the new belt. This is your alternator. At this point look at the back of the belt and make sure the number match the new ones. If they dont match you have the wrong belt. Doesnt matter if the brands are different the numbers will always be the same.

And a closeup of the same area. Remember this is your install point also.

Ok now take the belt off. The area is pretty tight so it will take some effort. I hear jacking up the car and removing the tire makes it easier to do this but if you want you can do it fine without doing that.
Bad belt pictures
Not sure how this hole started. Luckily I heard the belt start to squeel.

Ok Just an FYI, rule of thumb is if there are 10 cracks per inch you should be planning to change your belt.In the next picture Some people would say its fine still and normal wear and tear. It is cheap insurance to just change the damn belt and not be so stingy. My pocket feels better after a 25 dollar belt than whatever it would have costed to tow the damn thing and some mechanic charge me 50$ per hour to do what can take 15 minutes. YOU ALL SHOULD LEARN SOMETHING AND DO IT YOURSELF. If you get stuck PM me.

Now that everything is ready to rock just put the new belt on the same way you took it off. I know "you cant remember how it went, right" good thing is you took pictures, drew a picture, looked on the back of the new belt box at the diagram. Point is it may seem crazy to put back on but once you have it off and are looking at it. It is really easy. Just make sure the belt is even on the wheels. There are groves on it for a reason. 6 groves= 6 slots.
When you slip the belt back over the alternator, the compression spring will need to be compressed all the way. This is a good place to have a buddy help. The belt will be a little tight going on as its new. Just put it on exactly how you took it off and your set. Hope this helps.
