He's from Puerto Rico. TheLostRican used to make them back in the days. Your only option is to buy it from someone who has it.

Taste is like, well you know...everyone has them. I think if one can be tastefully made that doesn't look to crappy, I think it would be a nice touch.

That spoiler matches the wing nicely. Not sure it would look well with the TRD wing....
