Ok so signed the title for the 2002 celica GT 5speed for 400.00 **PICS**

Ok so today i went to my friends house and signed for the title of a 2002 Celica gt 5 speed. I paid 400.00 for it and i looked at the miles and they read 122,000. So the car doesnt start it needs a fuel pump and a tranny. It will move but to be perfect a new tranny is needed. This car is for my wife we sold her car 1993 dodge intrepid for 1,600.00 so far we 1,200 for a tranny and other lil parts if needed. What also came with the sale are Fiberglas blitz front bumper and side skirts painted red, 4 stock gt wheels, TRD standard length exhaust(it was cut off another car so needs to be welded). Also the car came with everything that is inside of it lol...including a pair of binoculars, fishing pole, holloween costume, plastic skeleton???, and numerous other things....just thought it was funny how he was like everything is yours. So plans are to buy stock struts and springs already put together, fuel pump, tranny, clutch, tires and let it eat. I hope everyone follows my progress i will always post pics of what i ahve done next. Also i am selling these extra parts in the for sale forum but if you have parts you are willing to trade i am all ears as well let me know....here are some starting pics car is dirty as you can see and slammed on the ground.

this car has been on coilovers just the coil spring not any other part since 2003 so im pretty sure struts are blown

i have the stock springs if you need em, my struts and springs were replaced at 100000 miles by the previous owner with oem, and i just put the teins on so the springs have about 30,000 miles on em. pm me if you wanna trade for something or make me an offer.

plastic skeleton is going in the attic in storage with my holloween stuff lol....binoculars are actually pretty sweet i dont have a pair so it worked out good...i dont fish but i now have a pole just in case i get the urge

You got a good deal even if there's lots of things to fix. I would have gotten the car the same afternoon he told me 500 bucks. Having said that however and being around cars for a long time, expect to find more stuff that will need fixing.

i definately know there will be a lot of stuff to fix, i bought a 1996 ford explorer for 400.00 bucks with 225,000 miles on it and after a month of cleaning it and changing out fluids belts and some misc. bulbs it is awesome....i hate paying any kind of money for a car. yet i bought a 2001 lightning and 2006 gsxr 1000 brand new but that was years ago....but now a days i like fixing stuff and fiddlin...i have a kid now so i dont go out at nigth so i work in the shop
