Does every red light has a camera in Oregon?

I've got distracted by somebody in the car today and accidentally ran a red light. It was a night time, and almost no cars around. I saw a light turn red and start braking but it was too late, and I was in the middle of the intersection by the time I slowed down.
I wonder if every red light has a camera in downtown Portland, OR?

I barely every see the cameras "downtown" but around the souronding areas it seems worse, ie. beaverton and gresham

This was somewhere around Convention Center, I don't remember exactly where.
How do they look?

They are usually mounted on the poles that the street lights hang from, pointing towards the middle of the intersection.

Also signs are mounted at the intersections saying it is policed by camera (atleast they are in RI :shrugs:)
