Hey guys...have a question for ya'll. Im going to the Chicago Auto Show next weekend and was wondering which lens I should bring with out of the array that I have. My lenses are:
1. Nikon 18-105mm VR
2. Nikon 55-200mm VR
3. Nikon 70-300mm VR
4. Nikon 35mm f/1.8
5. Nikon 50mm f/1.8
6. Tamon 90mm f/2.8 Di Macro
Im thinking of bringing either the 35mm or 50mm for the cars and possibly the 18-105mm. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Most likely you'll be using the wide end of the 18-105 the majority of the time. Although if you can...use the 35mm for sharper images. There is too much zoom in the 50mm for indoor use on such a large subject.
I think you made this thread to show off your lenses :chuckles:

just sell your 55-200mm vr lens since you can use the 70-300mm vr to cover that range plus more :gap:

you don't have to be a nikon owner to know what lenses would be adequate for what he was asking for :faint:

I agree that the 35, and 18-105 will be your best choices especially since you don't have a dedicated flash. You're going to want a fast lens. I'm guessing most of your photos will be from the 35 with a large f stop.
