I have that yellow thing saved in "My pictures" for a couple of years now. I look at it and I don't know why I saved it. I suck. :(

Citroen DS High Rider Concept Previews DS4 Crossover (http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2010/02/citroen-ds-high-rider-concept-previews.html)
Citroen today unleashed a slew of images of its new DS High Rider concept car that is set to be launched at the Geneva Salon on March 2. As anticipated, the DS High Rider is more of a pre-production model that teases the upcoming DS4 that than a pure conceptual study.
With a few exceptions such as the fabric roof and the polished 19-inch alloy wheels, what you see in these pictures is what you'll get when the DS4 goes into production early next year.
The production model's powertrains are most likely to be borrowed from the next C4, though there's a strong possibility that we may see the concept model's 'full-hybrid' diesel-electric drivetrain that combines a HDi engine under the bonnet and an electric motor located on the rear axle being offered in the near future.
According to Citroen, both engines of the hybrid system combine to deliver additional power with additional torque transmitted to the rear wheels.

Well, it turned out to be a lot less horrific than we thought.

Citroen DS4 Racing concept revealed
By Brett Davis | February 27th, 2012

The Citroen DS4 Racing concept has been revealed ahead of its Geneva motor show debut next week. The concept follows in the footsteps of the DS3 Racing - a vehicle not sold in Australia due to its non-compliance with Australian Design Rule regulations – offering a distinct performance theme.
Everything from the interior layout, engine and drivetrain, to the exterior design has been honed to the performance philosophy of Citroen DS Racing vehicles. Citroen says the concept has been made with “100 per cent Racing attributes”.
From the outside, the DS4 Racing concept showcases an aggressive, almost WRC-style body with pumped wheel arches adding 55mm to the front width and 75mm to the rear. The Racing is also 35mm lower than the normal DS4.

Further supporting the muscular theme is a set of 19-inch alloy wheels wrapped in 235 tyres. These hide high-performance 380mm front disc brakes which are clamped by four-piston calipers.
Power for the sporty hatch comes from a turbocharged 1.6-litre four-cylinder engine, producing 191kW of power. Citroen says that despite the performance, emissions are rated at just 155g of CO2/km, equating to combined cycle fuel consumption of approximately 6.5 litres per 100km.
Citroen is yet to confirm production of the DS4 Racing, however it is expected to hit European markets some time next year. The standard Citroen DS4 range went on sale in Australia last week, with prices ranging from $35,990 to $39,990 before on-road costs.
Looks very clean and smart. Love the rear. Would you choose a DS4 or a DS3?
