View Full Version : Suspension question
I've been searching for adjustable suspensions. Some suspensions come with the coils, struts etc... but I also found these other ones that are also adjustable but only come with the coil and a middle piece that looks like it screws into something... These are way cheaper and are adjustable and I want to buy them, but I just wanted to know if there's something else that I need to buy to get them to work??

Coilovers.
You dont need any other parts, everything is in the box. They are cheaper then those suspension kits, obviously cuz it doesnt come with struts, shocks, sway bars.... But if you just want something adjustable its a good way to go. The price ranges from 150(cheapest ive seen) to over 500 so do lotta research before you buy it.

Those will let you lower the car but it will ride like ****! Some of them that use a better strut are ok, but if you want more grip get a real coilover like the Teins or Hotchkis ones.

Those things will only ruin the awesome handling of the Celica. If you want coilovers, save up for the "real deal" like Teins or Hotchkis.
