I paid $875 for a A/t to M/t conversion parts on January 11th and another $40 for a rear hatch cover and have still recieved nothing.

He said he shipped it out withing a week but never gave me a tracking number. After he finally gave me the tracking number it did not work. I called the building he said he shipped from and they said the tracking number didn't even match their building code. They looked into the system told me that he did not ship anything to me.

I confronted him about this and he said he didn't know what happened so he would file an insurance claim with ups and send me out another batch of parts about two weeks ago.

Since then I've made numerous attempts to contact him through numerous pms, posting in his threads, and twice through texting his phone.

I'm completely fed up with this and at this point just want my money back. I love how he made a thread complaining about worryplyr's service but his is no better.:marky:

This happened to me ONCE before where I paid for something and it never shipped... I found out where the dude lived and sent him a link of how much the airplane ticket would cost me to fly out to kick his teeth in...surprisingly enough after I did that and also included the local police # to where he lived... the parts got shipped out. Let's just say... a little Irish Temper....goes a long way :D

That's pretty interesting, maybe something got caught up with the shipping but still doesn't justify why you haven't got at least a tracking number.. I don't think he notices this thread, how many times have you tried to contact him through pm?

idk paypal wont let me file a claim... i made it as "payment for" but it's still saying it wasnt under the right setting.

As for apr I've pm'd him atleast 10times in the last three weeks, twice while he was on. I posted in his sale forum and in his worryplyr forum. And I texted him a few times with no response.

here's the list

1) Master clutch assembly
2) Release clutch assembly
3) Ground cables
4) Clutch and brake pedals
5) Clutch switch
6) Shift linkage
7) Shift knob w/ manny shift console cover(00-02)
8) Ecu(2001)
9) Motormounts: all
10)Manny gauge cluster
11)Clutch/break fluid reservoir
12)Half shaft bracket (the bracket that holds the axle on the bottom of the motor?)
13)Engine wiring harness! the one that routes from the ecu, through the fuses and firewall!
14)Throw out bearing
15)axles or axle retainers?
16)Trunk cover 03+.(this was a seperate $40)

Btw that's how much I paid including the paypal fee. I think he got $850 and $25, but still not much difference.

For that price, would you expect it to? For the items listed, the price seems reasonable to me.

I too find it interesting that APR would ignore messages from the buyer who paid him almost $1k after making such a big stink about a mere (in comparison) $150 or whatever he paid worrply. I can understand not being able to do anything until UPS gets back to you, but at least keep your buyer up to date on what's going on. Even if he contacts you everyday, one reply per day won't kill you. Just type out; "I still have not heard form the shipping company, trying to get things worked out for you". I know how it can be when someone has your cash and just ignores you. Really upsetting. Heck, you know how it feels too.

Yes, EVERYTHING was shipped out BEFORE the 22... Its fine. I have to make another insurance shipping claim with the same shipper for broken tabs on headlamps. Ill send you out another, on me. Ill do what it takes to get these to you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
This is what he pm'd me a week or two ago said that he had another set of the parts I ordered and that he would send me another set out.

No your right, his tranny swap package comes with a tranny and is alot more expensive.

What I got from him was a custom order because that's all I needed.

No need to hide behind the couch. Just informing you that his price was not out there. I sell the swap parts for around the same. With tranny I charge about $1,500-1,800 depending on 5 or 6 speed tranny.

I called paypal a few times and they refuse to do anything saying It was not a payment for good(which i'm 99% sure it was) but they recommended I talk to my bank to see if anything can be done there. I'm gonna go to my bank monday or tuesday.

As of right now I think I'm going to see how much money I can scrounge together and try to get another set of parts. Converting my celly is something I REALLY want to do so if anyone else can offer me those parts send me a pm or something and I'll see if I can afford it.

The guy was really shady. Wanted me to buy his 1zz with a blown headgasket with 100k miles for $800 or so. I ended up buying a 1zz with 29k miles in perfect shape for 100 less than that :ugh:

Where is your sympathy!? Where is the customer care!? aprcelica!?!? You know exactly how this feels, so why would you do it yourself? You were just facing a similar issue!!!!!

I don't get how some people can sleep at night, like I really don't. Do people really have no conscience or self morals? No I mean really. You were exceptionally quick to come online to complain about someone else doing exactly what your doing right now! You came online just about every day to post in that thread too and now you are doing just that! It's not only extremely unprofessional but it discuss me and is absolutely mind boggling. Your sale threads are temporarily locked until this gets resolved. Not to mention how you (aprcelica) are logging in almost every day but ignoring private messages!! I know, he knows, they know, she knows and YOU know that you are getting the private messages. It's a completely different story when it actually involves you and your own money isn't it?, but to turn the other side of the leaf when it's you that owe someone a product or their hard earned cash, people start scratching there heads.

Honestly KageRyu7 I'll agree, at this point I wouldn't even want the product anymore and will just take the refund.

wow, i just saw this and im having a little problem from aprcelica too. i bought some tein ss-p from him in january. supposedly mint with 12k miles. it took them a month to get here and when they did one of them was damaged like the car it was on was in a wreck. he denied knowing about it and said he would send me the rebuilt set he was selling without the gold p/u mounts though. (he wanted to swap for the green ones on his car) i didnt have a problem with that except its taking forever for me to get my ss-p. he has responded to my pms but its still kind of shady on his part. he also is reselling the ones i bought and having me ship them to the guy whenever payment clears. i just want my ss-p on my damn car!

I was waiting for the payee to send payment for the ones you have prior to having you ship them out, so you weren't stuck in the middle :wiggle: It's already too complicated as is and I want to simplify it. if the mounts are the same ill just keep the ones on the ss-p that are damaged and send just the strut and springs back and you can do the same. i have no problem doing this. i do all the work on my cars anyway.

Ive ordered my Super Strut SS-P... may not arrive until a month or so, so what I can do to get these to you ASAP is remove the Gold P/U and install stock mounts, then ship the Greens out later.

hey, i got the tein ssp in today and they looked good except for the front right one. it looks like the car was in a wreck and it bent it. the spindle mount and the swaybar mount are bent pretty good. and there is a gash on the lower body. this was not described in the posting. these cant be installed like this because the alignment will be way off. here are pictures as soon as i unpacked them.

You sell a product, you give the buyer your contact and info, you keep in contact with the buyer always!! You do whatever it take to make your buyer happy because you have their money!! Buyer recieved item and your recieved the money. Its done. Thats it! How hard can that be?!! There is no excused of not following through. I don't care if you have "family issue" or somebody died in your family or your life becomes sh*tty. If you take somebody's money, you need to go through with it no matter what. If you lost their product eaither because of some shipping issue, you need to do whatever it take to refund their money. Always always always keep in contact and communication with a person! I dont understand how people like these don't go to jail for it! I have no pitty for people like this. I hope kharma comes back to them ten fold and destroyed their life. I don't give a sh*t if they got cancer and about to die in couple of months and unable to continue with the transaction. yea greyhound tracking numbers never work :bang: hopefully its on the way to you..aprcelica recently sent me a apexi exhaust via greyhound and when i called them with the tracking number they gave me all the info...exhaust came in great condition..hopefully your parts get to you..good luck

For what it's worth, greyhound's tracking #'s don't work on their website unless a shipper actually used the greyhound website to generate the tracking # in the first place. Calling the Greyhound office in question will give you more details, such as if it's a valid #.

Oh, I did forget to mention. My cell is temporarily suspended pending my trip abroad, however I have left several people aware of pending transactions and have access to my accounts for just this. Main point of contact is Philip Warden. I haven't had much time to check anything lately because of training and packing, but should anything arise you can reply here or email and he will do what he can, or pass it along to my Power of Attorney for correction. Just because I may be gone, doesn't mean someone won't be here anyways to handle anything.

Well if my parts get here and are all correct I'm willing to forgive. I just wish he didn't ship grey hound...this thing could take years to get here :marky:

well according to him the first time he shipped ups, the package disappeared and he had to file a shipping claim or w/e. Due to complete lack of contact I had no idea he was going to ship through grey hound or I would have opted to have it shipped fedex or something.

I have had nothing but excellent experience shipping with Greyhound. The item usually gets there in a week or less, and arrives in excellent condition (because I package it properly. I have been on the receiving end of crappy packaging jobs in the past, however the items STILL arrived undamaged, but the packaging was falling apart). UPS, USPS, and FedEx will beat the ever living crap out of your packages if you send them ground mail, 10x worse than Greyhound. If you ship airmail, you may have better luck, but if you ship say a bumper via airmail through FedEx or UPS, you will pay $500+ just for shipping.

Yeah...I work at ups and I can tell you first hand...don't ship anything fragile...I don't care if you mark it fragile it wont make a difference. Pack it very tight. Use TWO boxes...and maybe it will get there...

and yeah...ground,3day,2day,1day air, Early Am. It's all the same, it's just less time in the system to get beat up.

Greyhoud is great! The reason why items would be less damaged is that they aren't transported from carrier to carrier. One bus, one destination - or so I was told.
Shipped a front bumper from San Diego to Philly and it got there in about 3 days with no damage.

only thing ive had shipped to me via greyhound arrived in two pieces... originally one. lol im scared of it now. customer service was a joke when i tried to follow up on the claim, and it eventually disappeared.

Greyhound most DEFINITELY transfers items from bus to bus. As like airplanes, they do not have one bus for every possible combination of to/from. They have to have transfers. Just coming about 500 miles, my recent Greyhound shipment had at least one transfer. The idiots in Minneapolis figured it would be a great idea to remove ALL the packaging from my item and ship it bare because it "fit better" in their compartments.

With a shipment before that, most of the packaging had fallen off the item, and it looked like they dragged it behind the bus for about a block (had to file a claim on that one). Heck, I when I stopped by to pick this package up in the first place, it was a laundromat and the person at the counter had no clue they were also a bus terminal.... I had to come back the next day and speak to the manager..... Idiots....

yep, supposedly frank is back and philip isnt doing anymore. philip was great to deal with. he took my struts off and sent me pictures of everthing and mentioned to damages done to them. now hes letting frank hadle it and i havent heard **** about when im getting anything. plus the girl that bought the bent ones i had is lace. ive been talking to her and fixed them the best i could and am holding them til i get mine. she is having to wait just like me now because i dont wanna be stuck with nothing. 8 weeks and counting.

Woah woah woah. Read everything I said. I said you did finally ship my parts and that GREYHOUND sucked. And I was saying that parts didn't come yet, hopefully they would come soon but they do take a WHILE. And yeah I sent something to Jordan and it took forever to get there. Nothing I can do about it greyhound just sucks. Don't get so defensive.

As to the thing about people hiding from your problems. As I said in the begging I can understand if the whole thing was just a big miss understanding, but you were posting in other people threads and completely ignoring this thread, pm's, and calls/texts (though when you did show you said your phone was off).

With the fact that you did infact continue to post elsewhere in the forum it's kinda hard to justify why you couldn't answer pm's and this thread so I stand by everything I have ever said :shrugs:

Agreed communication is the key to business, that is what apr lacks from everything i read. I usually respond in a day or two to pms, but most of the time i respond instantly once i see them. Once you keep your customer informed with everything that's going on, it reassures them that they aren't getting scammed and this thread would never appear. i responded, you never said how long the wait was gonna be or told me that they had to come from japan. either way i have suspension on my car that i can run. and since none of this was my fault and im having to pay shipping to lace to send her stuff to her as well. this is gonna cost me about 30 bucks because i live in a rurual town. that not a big deal except for the price you listed on the set was 950 shipped. i paid 900 for mine. now im paying 930 for mine and waiting another month for my top hats to get here from japan again. either way i guess ill eventually get all my parts. this is not how i wouls have handled things though.

yes canon20, im getting royaly screwed in this deal. i just got another email today from him saying he shipped out mine a lace's parts together to me. it doesnt really matter seeing as i have to send her the coilovers anyway. the problem is he didnt tell me prior to shipping that he was using greyhound. the problem with greyhound is that they are 30 miles away from my houseand about 45 awy from where i work. there hours are mon-fri 11am-5pm, my hours are mon-fri 6am-5pm the get there before they close any of thosae days i will have to take 2 hours off work and drive 60 miles. this will cost me $70 to do bring the total price to ~$1000 for coilovers that i had to wait 3 months to get and that have slight damage to them. im not happy. <end rant>

I did reimburse $70 to cover travel expenses.

I only shipped parcel because i reused the box you sent them to me in and it was so damaged from greyhound that usps wouldnt insure it. The lady at the post office almost didnt even take it. Lace is happy and got her parts in less than a week after i got them from greyhound. Shipping parcel was $45 and weighed in at 60 lbs. the 70 you gave me covered shipping but not much else. If i sell something and ship it out im gonna have tracking on it. I wasnt shipping anything i sold. That was your responsibility. I was just trying to help you pick up some pieces and tie up the loose ends.

Now im still waiting on the GREEN pillowball upper mounts so i can put my coilovers on. Any idea when ill be getting these? i know you said you have ordered then from japan already but are they on the way over yet?

(one other thing. the rear strut you damaged the threads on. yeah....the dampening screw was damaged as well. it only turned 12 clicks and the other one turns 25. it binded up when you try to go anymore like its threads were damaged. i worked it out and its ok now but i wasnt happy about that.)

So if there was anything you want me to do different let me know. if you wanted it shipped better you should have given me more to work with. im not coming out of my pocket anymore to help you not get me my parts....thats just stupid. i have done everything you needed and more. (IE: fixed lace's damaged strut before i sent it to her and repainted it.) I have been in touch with her more than you have.

you should send him back some of the items that were damaged.

Teh, funny... Cuz, Greyhound offers tracking and insurance, in case packages are lost/damaged.

I did reimburse $70 to cover travel expenses.

and you and DONTEATBUGS have no room to talk. Both of you shipped items Parcel Post. No insurance, no tracking; from people you demand both. Shame.
WHAT?! SHAME ON US?? hahahaha, you're a ****ing wackjob you, i NEVER EVER ship parts parcel post unless told by the buyer, another thing, why in the hell would i ship an ENVELOPE weighing a few ounces parcel post, know why? because it's only a few cents extra, which in my case i do pay it out of pocket, unlike someone who says has 50k invested cant even ****ing send parts out after he pretty much made people wait weeks and some cases months for they're parts, AND YET STILL SHIP IT GREYHOUND !!! you could have spared the damn $200 and sent the buyers they're items NEXT DAY AIR ( 50k invested, pfft, you cheap-ass ).

As for you're tweeters, i had sent 2 packages out that day and messed up the addresses, now here's the difference between me and you, i INFORM my customers on what's going on, and how everything is going with regards to shipping, YOU, don't keep in touch AT ALL ... Lier? explain why i asked for you're phone number and told you to text me ASAP when you saw the pm to send me you're address, end of the day, you are very unproffesional, you still have not sincerely apologized to you're customers, and heck, didn't even replace a damaged item ( shifter surround to KageRyu7 ). He asked me if i can sell him the parts he needed, i said yes but also informed him that it will take me some time, unlike you, you accept the money, add it to what ever you have invested on top of the 50k, weeks/months later of keeping the customer waiting, then send a pm him or an e-mail, and send out they're item ( damaged in some cases, not very honest sir ) THE CHEAPEST WAY.... GREYHOUND ! And don't give me that bull**** about greyhound has a tracking system and what-not, sometimes they can't even tell you where the item is.

You're the biggest ******* i have ever met sir, and i personally think you should not be allowed to sell ANYTHING, and don't even deserve to buy ANYTHING on Newcelica.org. In you're case, you should read what people write about you and the ridiculous way you do business, eat it up, and shut the **** up.. And on top of that YOU HAVE THE NERVE TO CALL ME AND ANOTHER MEMBER SHADY???

Oh, and if you took the time to check the posted tracking numbers, all packages have been received up to 2 weeks ago. Facts straight. Your parcel Post to me took 8 weeks, and you didn't even ship it to me. Someone else got it.

I will request that those of you who currently are having problems with aprcelica to open your own thread here. It's just starting to get sloppy here and I think most of you would agree with me.
