What exactly is a header? What is all this talk I hear about people doing something to their cars that involves headers? Does it help at all with the car's performance? Thanks.

hearder ish the pipe from ur engine to ur exhaust, and yes if u hab a bigger header ur car will be faster...

It lets the exhaust coming out of the engine flow better giving you more power.
