This is just a questionaire to everyone on the board that has CAI systems in their Celi's...
1. How long has it been in your car?
2. What kind is it?
3. Do you like it?
4. Any problems with the CEL?
5. Self-installed or "done" for you?
6. Are you satisfied with it?
been thinkin' of getting one but I keep coming across posts here and there on this board about CEL's. Anyways thanks for your time on replying....hopefully i'll have good luck with mine when i get it... :D

U know whats strange.... I drove up to norcal last week to visit my family and my CEL light came on for the first time ever since i had the car. It went on 3 times since i was there. I came back down to LA and haven't had a CEL light since. And I noticed that my cel light came on when it was really humid and hot.

1. 1 year, 4 months.
2. Injen.
3. Love it.
4. Never.
5. Had it installed by my shop... done improperly, so I took it apart and installed it again myself, with some replacement parts from Injen -- they were nice enough to send me a complete new install kit (with all the hoses, clamps, etc) free of charge. Great customer service! I have installed other Injen CAIs in friend's Celicas since then.

3. Does wonders
4. Yes
5. Self-installed
6. Other than the CEL its the shiznit
I used my scanner to figure out what was up with the CEL. Everything read out accurately, but a problem was mentioned. The two connections that you leave unplugged sends an error to the computer. After resetting it, it stayed off for about 4 days then came back on. The same error came up on the scanner
