Kazuma Trouble

So, I got a ticket for my kazuma on the 15th of march. I'm just going to pay the ticket, even though the cop was a complete idiot. Here's a little story before I see what you guys can advise me to do.

So, I was pulling on the the backroad that my drive is off of, and decided to go to the speed limit really fast. I just get urges to hear the Kazuma I guess :gap: Little did I know there was a cop 4 cars back on the main road behind me when I turned. He caught up to me and lit up. My first thought was speeding, because I was going 55. I get pulled over right next to a street sign to top it off. He walks up to the car with his flashlight and what I first thought was a gun all MW2 style like he just got 100 kills with his pistol.

He yells at me for not having both hands on the wheel as he walks up ( I had one hand on the wheel, and the other hand was in right next to the wheel woth my license and insurence. Then I put both hands on the wheel, and the second I do he walks over and says "Sir License and Proof of insurence". That right there made me mad. I then notice it was his taser and not a pistol lol.

So I give him my stuff and he runs everything, then comes back, Commando style still for some reason with his taser, and says "sir I need you to step out of the car". I'm kind of worried now because I've never been in trouble. Just one stupid speeding ticket that was ridiculous. I step out and he says "Can you walk over there and tell me what that sign says".

I'm thinking, O great it's a 45mph Speed Limit sign. I walk over and the sign says "Welcome to Pierce Township" in bright white lettering and a neon green background. I start LoL-ing in front of the cop. He is speechless, and starts stuttering and says, "Just get back into your vehicle!"

So after this hour long wait and me having to get up for exams in the morning, he comes back with a ticket fpr "Loud Exhaust" and a warning for going 57 in a 55 unmarked back road.

So I have the ticket and just realized that at 8:30am on 03/26/10 I have to be in court and forgot all about the ticket! I forgot to go pay it! Can I get up there at like 8 and pay it and not have to "Go to Court"? I'm not going to fight it, my Kazuma is louder than a Jet.

Yea sorry for the length. I just had to let you know what a F@G that guy was. There's was no reason for him to have his taser out and act the way he did. He said "I bet you would have ran from me too if it wasn't for those deer than ran across the road!" because there were deer that jumped out in front of me. I was almost stopped once he got there and wasn't even speeding! He was just making a fool of himself.

I recommend going to court even if you're not going to fight it. You never know, the judge might lower your fine. If its not much, its probably not worth your time waiting. But if its in the 3 digits, I highly recommend it. and DRESS to IMPRESS

And even if I did dress nice, I'm a 19yr old with kinda long hair. I'm f'd in the a no matter how I dress unless I get a quick cut at 7am lol.

How so? By up to snuff do you mean not writing people tickets enough for good reasons, or them writing you a ticket for being stopped at a stop sign too long and them honking at you telling you to go and then writing you a ticket for going :chuckles:

j/k:chuckles: Wish you the best of luck man, the cop shouldn't have been acting the way he was. If anything you can claim he caused you trauma or whatever from having his taser out. Not sure if it'll work but hey...

I love my kazuma. But I get pulled over about 2-4 times a year.

My Apexi N1 has a tendency to be loud if I press down on the pedal but luckily no cops have said anything...

Yea I have had it since Christmas time, and have gotten pulled over twice now. And yea I'm pretty sure it's a 2.5in pipe.

Yea the cop didn't even show up today. I went to "court" just to see what would happen, and heard some crazy stories lol. I didn't realize how many rednecks I actually live by :chuckles:

But anyway, I still had to pay, and the Judge said, ok do you have anymore comments? I said, Yes sir, your officer was acting very unproffessional, and even lied to me about the speed, so I would like you to have someone say something to him, and look into the procedures he takes when actually pulling someone over.

I hope he gets in trouble :) He said the reason he pulled his taser out was because he thought I was trying to run from him and may have been a threat. I think he just got picked on too much in school and now he's trying to feel awesome by picking on kids like me who can't do anything because he is in Authority :furious:
