urethane or fiberglass

Which is better for a body kit? and does fiberglass crack easily becasue i heard it does

YES- fiberglass cracks. My boyfriend was just about to park, reached for the emergency brake and all and accidentally hit a curb going like 2mph and cracked my fiberglass front bumper. Needless to say, i'm having a urethane bumper being prepared at the shop as we speak. Just don't go thru mbautosport whatever you do. Their bodykits (fiberglass or urethane) suck and you'll spend way more money fixing it up then if you went ahead and spent the extra money for a good guality kit.

Fiberglass is terrible. I didnt even hit anything and mine cracked in less than three months. Go with Urethane, then you dont have to worry about cracking.

Actually in a way you will - your paint can and will crack with urethane...I have hit my WW lip on a curb or 2...it causes a "spider web" cracking effect. Sucks.

Some fiberglass is stronger than others it just depends on the kit because like veilside's fiberglass in really strong and the fake one's are weak. I have scraped the crap out of mine and hit it in places and it took everything. Until finally one day it cracked very little because of the stupid road construction that this city does is insane. But mine took it, it's just that they took out so much dirt that I had to go over like a big bump and all I heard was a pop, I also couldn't back up. I still drive it like this and scrape it and stuff, it hasn't cracked anymore but will fix.

Fiberglass is lighter and some are really strong and urethane is really strong. If I were you I would probably get urethane front and the rest fiberglass.

Veilside and Trial are made out of FRP. Fiberglass reinforced Plastic. They are much stronger and reliable material than regular FG.

If I don't get WW kit from Armen, I am gonna getta replica Veilside. I thought a lot about Kaminari Kit and toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many people got that shiet on their cars. I can't look at Azntrd2k's pix anymore cuz his car is the only car that makes me wanna get Kam kit real bad..... i literally drool allllllllll over his ride....... oh and Wrenchead's (steve), he has the cleanest Silver Celica with WW kit that I've seen.

Urathane all the way...
I was in accident few days ago..
Someone side swipe my front left side... it swipe qualiter panel and front bumper..
Front part of the quater panel is scraped really bad... also the bumper.. but only the paint came off.. but the actually bumper is A OK.. I'm so glad I have urathane... TRD body kit rules..!!!
It can really take a beating....
Any other kits.. it would have shattered.. or rip apart.....
