Complaint to Toyota USA

I need to complain about my dealership, and want to go to the big boys up at toyota usa. Anybody tell me what exactly i have to do, to file a complaint? Thanks for the help.

You can call Toyota USA or probably right them a letter sending a copy to the dealer and Toyota USA, make sure it's in a Business format so that both Toyota USA and the dealer know who recieved copies, I have done this before not to a car company but to other big companies this normally get things done, You may also want to talk to a big guy at the dealership first if you haven't done so already. I had a situation last week were I took my car in for service when I got it back it was covered in Oil the entire front end including the windshield inside and out, I was pissed I was ready to complain to everyone. Instead I called the dealership and talked to the GM and he settled it with me and I am satisfied I also got a kick back from it and a nice appology.
