I was driving home from work this morning (1am). There was a cop in front of me. He goes through the light and I turn right. I punch it through first then just before I turn left I notice headlights a ways behind me. I make my left then half a block turn right. There is about a quarter mile to my turn for my apartment. I punch it again same way through first and part of second then shift to fourth and cruise to my turn. Again I notice headlights behind me. I park and as I am getting out the officer hits his lights. He makes me get back in never telling me what I did wrong. Checks my license insurance and registration. Has me get out searches me and the car with k9 finding nothing.
He never clocked me or was bihind me long enough to see me do anything.
He gives me a ticket for careless driving because he heard my car take off.
I think its bull. What do you guys think?
