what's going on with your celica??? it's been in the shop for over a week...

yea, I checked on it today, they have both of the MR2 scoops done and the gas lip kind of on and all the door jams painted. Its going to look phat. I still deciding if I should order the turbo on monday? I have spent soooo much money and Im getting sick of spending money on my car but I want to complete it. You Think I should get the turbo???? Thanks

You think I would get my money out of the turbo if I sold the car in a few years???? Or just sold the turbo and took it off the car?

he is painting it tomorrow all the vents and gas lid is on and molded and did all the door jams and fixed the front bumper, Ill till you how it looks saturday. he sprayed 2 coats of pearl on it and the paint turned blue it wasnt silver/grey at all anymore

you'll never get the money out of the car you should just keep it for a while or sell it to someone who wants a show car like jotan is doing. or done or something.

can't wait to see it done though, that should look GOOOD

The bodyshop just put the first coat of paint on it and it looks SOOOO phat. I love it. he has to fix up the scoops and the gas lid alittle more and then he is shooting it monday and wet sand and buff and it will be done wednesday it looks soooo awesome I cant wait and Im not doing the turbo anymore because I dont want to mess with internals so my celica and his yellow celica his works at the shop are going to change it to a 5-speed I cant wait Im going to love my car finally. Just alittle update..... Thanks

Sounds good, can't wait to see it, is it that yellow celica thats aways up at the body shop in longwood??? the yellow one you were talking bout. And The Tranny swap is ok but won't change much just alot of money, more fun to drive though!

should I paint the grills black, because the car looks like a pretty dark silver and i was going to paint the grills and the gas lid black and im going to have black tint and cf hood. You guys think i should paint the grills and gas lid black????? Thanks

im getting it back on saturday, hopefully the pearl blue will look good we didnt want to put to much at all but we wanted alittle so i dont know im going to check it out tomorrow and then get it back on sat. Thanks

they blue pearled my hood and they but SOOO MUCH blue pearl on it so i told them to redo the hood and wing so im going to have it on monday but i was checking it out today and it is all done but that and the windows have to be put on, but he put alittle more blue pearl on the bottom where he grills are on the kaminari bodykit so it looks really nice. Ill post pics after its done.

hey nice, at first it looks unpainted but the pearl helps alot, nice job, it looks good clean, before it was a bit flashy, I gata give ya the thumbs up on it heh, nice job

more grey, at first glance it almost looks like its a gunmetal but it shows more silver as I went by.. never got a good look didn't see the pearl at all

you buy them at toyota, BUT YOU BETTER NOT DO THEM. do something original. yea its hard to see the pearl but on the hood and the wing alot more pearl but i didnt want to see the pearl on the whole car unless alot of sun light.

Ryan, you see the pearl at night more times than not, Same with the Carbon Blue color of mine, Night is sometimes the best, good to have another Celica around again, Gave your friend with the yellow one a thumbs up too down toward the shop.
