Alright.
I've waited month and a half for these rims. VX-SCYTHE 18" Gun Metals with tires. I went thru a lot of hassle to get these rims initially because AFS was having problems with their factory/shippers. Shawn tried to make up for his mistakes as well as his factory folks. Shawn gave me a good discount and a good deal on 18" rims trying to make up for his and company's mistake. It seemed like he was really trying to take care of his customers.
Yesterday, I finally get my freakin rims after a long a$$ wait. First package I opened up..... I screamed like a mofo.. there was a big scratch :AF: ...open the next one....:AF: another scratch.... next two were fine.... I also realized that AFS forgot to send me my wheel lug nuts and wheel locks...... I was HOT like a little potatoe...pretty upset and pissed.... So I call AFS, and they told me Shawn was on a vacation for two weeks.... I talk to this guy name ANDY... I told him what had happened... he told me to call UPS and dispute rims with them because AFS makes sure rims are in perfect condition before they ship them out. Okay fine, I can dispute rims with ups, but what about my lug nuts? How the hell am I suppose to put my rims on without lug nuts? Andy initially told me that I needed to talk to Shawn because I ordered it thru him... I was getting even more pissed...:angry: He then tells me that he will send them out to me tomorrow.

Appearantly, there was a misunderstanding with Lug nuts. I thought Shawn included them in my package but guess he didn't but Andy just went ahead and threw them in for Free. Andy is filling Shawn's spot and he is actually doing great job. He takes initiatives keep his customers happy. Will I do business with them? Yes! I will, as with rims, that is UPS's fault not AFS. I will keep you guys updated as my deal completely closes. Thanks.
