Well for my group at school we are entering a design challenge to build a human powered vehicle and i had a couple of questions about making a fiberglass shell for the body of the vehicle.
Does anyone have any steps or recomendation for something on a large scale? I know there was talks for lips but i am looking for something on a larger scale. Any help would be greatly appreciated =)

Same process. Use sculpting foam, fiberglass over it. Pull the part off and add acetone to the foam. It will dissolve.
