Widebody for traction??? We've already found that 10 inch wide wheels will fit under the stock fenders in the rear and it's believed that even wider will fit.. Just how much grip are you going to need? Go track down Nico or XBernie in the widest wheels thread and he'll tell you what you can fit under there? Besides, keep it sleeper and put your money on custom wheels instead of a custom widebody kit.
I don't think he's looking to put really stretched tired on wide wheels. Just because you have a 10 inch wide wheel and you throw on 215's it won't do sh*t for you.

You can fit 10 wide 30 offset with 275s easy at oem spec camber easy in the rear.

well if it was a stock celica i could fit s 10" wheel however i have a GS rearend under the car .....
I was thinkn the same thing.

Rolling/ pulling isnt going to get those 13" ccw's to fit.
those wheels are still going to poke out of fender even with the apr/ait widebody kit with with say -4 degrees camber.

He has a LOT of things (more important things) going on in his life right now and doesn't have the time to mess with the car, so he gave it a different home.

Last I checked, the car had a boost leak, leaked oil into the turbo, needed a tune, paint, and had to be gutted recently, but yeah, definitely only 2% away from completion.

3. it was gutted to install the AC... all the interior is back in the car with the exception for a few rear hatch parts that will not fit and need to be trimed

4. needs a tune. runs way to rich around 5k but is drivable and have had the car up to 60+/- mph

6. i gave it to a buddy. who is is more than able to finish it if he wanted to but in his words "i will only store it for you, its your build and i want to see it done. come get it when the time is right." i did this while i am clearing up things in my life as i did not want to look at it when i came home.

yeh the internal gate had been welded up and and i guess it was just a sh*t job the housing cracked so it will not hold boost. got the turbo used with no shaft play off a buddys build just to get it to single so no big deal i plan to have a new turbo on in a week or so
