View Full Version : Window trim on passenger side keeps falling off

The black trim around the passnger front window keeps falling off....any suggestions..if not i'll just take it to the dealer so they can basically look at it and try to ghetto rig it back.... :wiggle:

lol mine does that too........ very annoying but im not the one putting it back, i blame the passenger

manufacturing defect? or does toyota just expect us to go out and superglue the weatherstripping?

try going to the top of the repair forum and look in the TSBs. there is a fix for this problem.

Got the same problem on the driver side....If it keeps up Im taking it in....that is the only advice I got......

yes there is a TSB on this...my first celi had that problem....went to the dealership they said to come back in a week and they'll fix it...but a tree fell on my car before that happened, and never had that problem with my new one.

well apparently the guy who tinted my windows just fixed the problem...he said u had to push it in a certain way? well that keeps me from the dealer :)

that could be it...but i do know the original celi's did have a problem with them.
