Okay, so here's the thing... last night, as I was driving in town... there was this little white car that was being dumb, at first I just laughed, but sooner or later I got really frustrated and decided I couldn't let them think they could beat my car, yes I know it's only a GT, but it has some balls, just... not at high speeds, city it does great lol.

Anyways, right after I kicked it's ass..... flashing lights, oh yes, I was ****ing dumb and apparently am gonna sell my car here soon and buy myself a little Honda Accord so I don't get tempted to be a retard anymore.

Anyone know how to get out of a wreckless driving ticket? What's the best thing to do? I go to court on the 21st, and need to be prepared!

Any help would be appreciated, since I'm a dumbass.

Oh I wish, but considering the people in the other car always have to go to court that day, and there were two different cops.... I'm sure at least one will show up lol.

Maybe I'll just jump borders, and catch my car on fire so I don't have to pay for insurance on it anymore?

Do a plea bargain and you'll get it down to alot less. Even if the officer doesn't show up to court for it you can still get in mass amounts of trouble, cops don't have to show up anymore.

My buddy was street racing and wrecked his car at 100+ and got his wreckless down to a 1 month license susp and 2 year probation. And he had to take a 1 month class as well. But that's a hell of a lot better than the $5,000+ it was in tickets and then possible jail time.

Get a lawyer and go to court and tell your lawyer to try his hardest to get a plea bargain.

Can't I just deferr it since I haven't done that before? Either that or fight it, because they pulled the other person over, and on the ticket it says where we were supposedly racing, and it thats not where we supposedly raced, it's about 5 streets after that, and they never told me what they were pulling me over for, they just gave me a reckless driving ticket, but didn't really say anything else. Other than that they can impound my car and take me to jail, oh and they never said how fast I was going or anything, I talked to the person who owns the other car last night, and the person is going to fight it to and say we weren't racing. Our court date is the same day, at the same time but this is honestly just a big pile of bull****.

no point on fighting... all you really doing by showing up to court, you are giving more money for the cop that pull you over.
hope you know that every time anyone goes to court the cops makes twice as much from his normal pay. meaning its a bonus for the cop.

it would be game over for you. Jail time, car get impound, large fines. insurance rejection, and suspened license.

It was a Eclipse, an older one. I'm not sure exactly what year, but it's one that has a turbo. It could've smoked my car... but since the person driving isn't the owner and doesn't drive it often, I smoked it that day. Any other day, I would've been left in the dust. Yes, though... I did win that time.

A good start would be to not drive recklessly.
