Thanks guys.

I try to keep the flash off, just use it when I really need to.

What would be a good lens to buy in the future ?

The rule of thirds is when you imagine that there are two vertical and or horizontal lines in your view finder (separates into three sections) when taking pictures, try and place whatever it is you are focusing on at these points. When doing portraits I like to split it into three vertical and three horizontal and have the face be where two of the lines meet.

I'm not sure if that is what it really is, but that is what I do, and it seems to turn out well.
