Hmmmm, okay this may sound dumb but i just want to know, how can we tell if our lift bolts is broken or its going to be broken?

well the easiest way to know is to pull them out and look at them. If they have wear near the bottom its time to change them. If they are not the tapered design its time to change them.
Other than that, if lift isn't engaging they could be broken.

so the car wouldnt just die in the middle if the road right? it could still go but it just wont go in to lift? or would the car stop moving once the lift bolts broke?

if they break you cant engage lift and will be rev limited but the car will still run.

The '03 is supposed to have the 3rd generation lift bolts, won't hurt to check them though, they are also subject to wear, although at a much slower rate than the others.

Even though my lift still engaged on my 00 GT-S, my intake lift bolt was broken. Don't take chances with it. The sooner the better. If they're broken bring it to a mechanic to get them extracted or follow the DYI guide but only if you know what you're doing.
^^
Coming from a guy with Lift bolt removal experience, not fun at all =(
