I donno whats up with MA cops right now, I got pulled over on a bike and cop gave me 40 in a 30, I didn't even realize he was pulling me over cause I was going 25 and he pulled a car in front of me as well gave us both a ticket, I went all bull**** about it when he walked up said we were racing... (on a single lane road going 25 >_<) then he changed his mind and gave us tickets, on mine he checked RADAR, but I was BEHIND another car and the cop was infront of that car... no way he clocked me WTF... and gave the other guy aftermarket exhaust ticket when he had a stock exhaust.. and gave us both a 40 in a 30. Guy in front was some old guy going home... We are both going to court over this...

What a dumbass cop. You run into those types every once in awhile. I never understood what the point of making up a bunch of BS just to write a ticket was. There are enough people actually breaking the law at any given time that you really shouldn't have to make anything up to meet your quota.

same Sh*t happen to me. I was cruising off the light... 0 to 40 driving normal, he stop me and another car for racing... which I swear I did not race. And the other driver is an older lady driving a corolla.

WTF? They let me go as a warning, but ticket me for no insurance. which I had one, not an updated version.

I have to admit, I sometimes think of installing a cam in the car to record my driving. Might come in handy in these situations. Or maybe some of those spy sunglasses with built in camera. Maybe I should get one on my next flight. :chuckles:

For sure request the dash cam from the officers car as evidence, it will be obvious when/if he was able to radar you and will show how both of you were driving.
