trd kit mesh grill

I have a 2002 with the trd kit and my bumper is curently sitting in my garage wih new silver mesh from home depot and while i was putting the little circles in i came across a problem. I cant get them to tay corectly because i cant find a good place for the apoxy and i dont want to drill a whole. So i thought maybe someone else had come up with a solution while preforming this modification in the future and might like to share.
