Take the bulbs out and the boot off and let your car sit in the sun. It will evaporate out.

did you put that rubber thing back on when you replaced the bulbs?

If you're still under warranty, go to the dealership and they will replace them. Make sure the moisture is present when you goto the dealership though, otherwise you will have a hard time proving your case (happened to me, but came back with them fogged up and got both headlights replaced). The dealer should replace them for free. And yes, I had aftermarket bulbs. They didnt care. They just put them back into the new headlights.
Good luck
