A little more info on the set up.

Parts list:
Greddy FMIC
Afco radiator
k&n air filter
Vibrant aluminum v-bands
Samco radiator hose
aluminum tubing and sheets
steel tubing and sheets

1. Front push bar:

I began by cutting the rest of the bumper support off( cut for the FMIC on old set up) along with the radiator core supports. after cutting up most of this we re-welded the end of the "frame rails" to retain as much rigidity as possible. Next we made L brackets that would cover the front cap of the "frame rails" and bolted to the stock tow hook points. From the front portion of the bracket we build the front push bar. With this set up i have some great advantages i can remove the push bar (and vmount set up) as one piece given me tons of room for engine pulls also, if i was to ever get into an accident the front push bar would be able to be cut off and another we re-welded in its place.

More indept info tomorrow>>>:wiggle:

Man, I miss all kinds of stuff when I go out of town. Looks good, only thing I would recommend is trying to seal the I/C to the hood somehow (if it's vented).
