pls help 4 a custom midpipe&muffler 4 a custom 3" PPE

I require support for my project.

Got from PPE a custom made SC version header with 3" outlet, cause I want to push later a Rotrex at it's highest psi levels of ~16-18psi.

So now am in demand of a custom midpipe equal to the design of the midpipe from PPE, but in 3". It should also contain a high flow cat, a "good"(dB Killer) resonator, all in 3" and 3 times O2 bungs welded into the system. AND I also need a pre muffler in the end, where the outlet to the tip is in the middle, so I can weld myself a tip fitting into the middle of my Bomex rear bumper...

If you are the man for the job, you will have to fab up the system and cut it into pieces to send it to Europe after-wards. You can post pics of your work's progression into this thread, wld be great!

I have one built for my car but I would require full payment of exhuast before it was made and then you would have to setup shipping.

I can post pictures if you like.

why not go to a local muffler shop and have them custom make you one there??? is much easier to have someone work on the car and get everything right

thank you very much for the offer! I recognized, I must take it to a local muffler shop, coz it will have to be extremely customized for my Bomex rear, coz I want a perfect match through the middle area where the hole is...

I will go this weekend to a known muffler shop to plan the design and parts...

So now I am planning myself which parts I will order, please help me with suggestions, if the parts I list up here will fit in combination with my 3" outlet PPE header.

the muffler shop will do the mandrel bendings and weldings, but I will supply them with the components as resonator, cat-converter and muffler...

so these is the resonator I wanna use, no idea if it will fit, it is a "Ultra quiet resonator 3"" from Vibrant with a overall length of 14", here is the link:

here is the catalytic converter I wanna get, it is also a 3" in diameter from magnaflow with 2xO2 ports, but I don't know, if this ports are universal O2 ports or if the stock O2 sensor from my car will fit in these ports, I estimate yes. Here is the link to the product:

and for the exhaust, it has to be an universal one, also 3" and from the design it should be the same as the one I got ready, but in 3". Here is a picture of the design, it comes in from the right side and goes out in the middle:

second question, will the stock O2 sensors fit in these holes of this catalytic converter? What do you think about this catalytic converter, is this fine for my setup? Other better suggestions than this magnaflow cat converter? How many cells is this converter, 200, 250 300???

:sadwave: bump... please answer my last post.... it's getting annoying, too much PITA... don't wanna kick the project, got ready many expensive parts... I ready have a T3 turbo left over from my last project I had to kick, don't wanna go through this again...
