I was in accident.. and my left side front was swipe... so part of bumper and quater panel was scratch and dented....
can the quater panel be removed by just unbolting it or does it need to be cut/weld off from the body??
I was thinking of repairing it my self if it can be removed by just unbolting it.....
Thanks..

if you mean the rear qp, then no you cant just unbolt it.
When someone hit my Civic in the rear qp, they had to replace the ENTIRE rear qp all the way around to the front A pillar by the windshield because its one whole peice. The total on repairs was $2,500.00

If you`re refering to the front fenders (on either side of the hood), yes, it can be unbolted.
BTW, I wouldn`t recomend you doing this yourself if you have no bodywork experience.

Well... I don't want the dang body shop to charge me arms a leg.. so at least I do some work for them by removing parts and probably just take it to them to repair and paint it.... especially front bumper....
Anyone knows how many bolts are on the fender(front) need to be unbolted??
