this is a racing hart c5 3pc that's been machined washed. seller sounds cool, says it didnt fit on his BMW, but tried it on his friend's 2000+ celica and it fits fine (friend did not drive with rims though, just placed it on)

logo's are gone, but they appear on the cap

i called dazz motorsports and they said there's no way to determine authenicity of rim, all he said was that the racing hart caps will fit only racing hart rims.
he also said that 8 holes (seen in pic given by seller) WILL NOT FIT 2000+ CELICA. he is 150% sure and guarnatees me they willl NOT fit celica. states seller claims that just to make the sale

but seller sounds legit to me. take a look for yourself.

8 holes, 18x7.5 on a presumed racing hart c5 3pc

well that's the weirdest 8-hole wheel I've ever seen.

without seeing the pic, I would have 150% guaranteed that an 8-hole wheel wouldn't fit also.

however, instead of the std 4x100 and 4xwhatever, this wheel looks like it was maybe drilled for 5x100 and 4x100...very strange.

if someone says it has been on a 2000+ Celica, I believe it, however I wouldn't be too keen on the durability of those holes that overlap.

the wheel is a 9 hole universal, racing hart rims and a few other companies make there rims this way. Instead of having the common 8 hole universal bolt pattern (4*100,4*114.3) or the 10 hole universal bolt pattern (5*100,5*114.3) the rim comes in 9 hole universal which can either be a 4*114.3 with 5*114.3, or a 4*100 with a 5*100. So in answer to the question it may fit if it's a 9 hole universal 4*100 with the 5*100. The offset should be alright. And lastly there is a way to determine if it's real or not, on the back of the wheel the inscrition "hart" should be engraved as well as "made in japan". I hope this helps.

ivan RD vazquez, you are the man, they INDEED have "hart made in japan" inscribed on the back!

also inscribed are 5-114.3,5-100,4-114.3,4-100
(all four?!)

here's a pic of how they would mount

top is 4x whatever and bottom is 5xwhatever

im sure it will fit, seller will hand it over to me, and if it dont fit - no sale

im just concerned about authenticity

gee, i feel like this is a murder-mystery =)

You were on the cover of Super Street with your red GT, right? You and your family owns SAVAS, right?

He's right about all the universal bolt holes. My RH M5s are the same way under the cap. Mine are 5 and 4x100 applicable. The C5 is not however. That rim you have there is only 5/4 x 114.

If the wheel does have "hart" and "made in japan" engraved on the back of the wheel it's real, I have a set of C5 sitting over here at my shop, they did make the wheel 9 hole 4*100 with 5*100 back in the day I know because I've been selling the wheel since they came out. So just make sure the say that and you should be cool.....

On an other note, no I didn't end up selling the car, the guys backed out at the end, It's all good, I didn't really want to give it up, now I just enjoying the car driving it...auto cross baby the 28th of july hell yeah!!

Well again hope that helps with the wheel if you any other questions that you might have call me up at work 323-773-9644
