Does window tint add horse power?

I don't know about horsepower but it definitely lowers your heat level if you happened to be in heavy pursuit with the police. Despite if your license plate has changed or not, adding tint or stickers to your car will definitely make your car less noticeable to the cops.

^this...also, indirectly yes because window tints will require you to keep windows rolled up for a good 2-3 days so that time that the windows are up , there will be less drag thus faster. . for 2-3 days
