I looked up the plate with Virginia DMV. They could not give me the identity of the driver, but there was a note on file stating that the license plate RCOSRYD was chosen by the owner since it means "Ride Courtesy Of Stupid Ridiculous Young Driver".

That car looks like crap in person. I saw it at Pigeon forge during the Nopi caar show at the Governors palace. There was a girl driving the car. The picture is actually from the show and it looks like the were parked over at Nascar Cafe across the street from the show. It is really funny in person when I saw it my GF and I were like WTF:gap: When I saw it again everyone at the place were we were staying went with me to look at it up close and to take a picture but I guess she decided to drive off in a hurry since she saw about 30 people running at her at full speed trying to see it.
