When I noticed this problem, I thought I need an oil change. So I did it this morning but the problem was still there. After that, I clean my MAFS, but the proble is still there.
Eventhough, I have a reverse indiglo gauge, my rpm always go up smoothly when I rev or step on the gas when I'm in neutral.
This happen when I was trying to install my TWM shifter (which I didn't yet). I was wondering, did I touch something in the shifter assembly that causes the RPM not to rev up smoothly?

Are you saying that when the engine is just sitting idling it isn't smooth?

When I rev up by just stepping on the gas when in neutral, the needles stutter or get semi-stuck when going up to a higher RPM.

"When I rev up by just stepping on the gas when in neutral, the needles stutter or get semi-stuck when going up to a higher RPM." that sounds like the gauge face is unglued and hitting the needles. otherwise i'm not exactly sure of the complaint.... Does it look like the needle gets stuck at a certain point? Or is the engine actually having trouble winding up? Did you move any wires under the hood, or loosen the battery connection? Sometimes they start acting a little strange like that when the battery is about to go dead, how old is it? When your driving does it have plenty of power still? I think we need a little more information to troubleshoot it, but eventually someone will probably give you the right answer.

Did you remove the needles when you installed the indiglos? You CAN push them back on too far & then they'll rub against the gauge face causing them to stutter or stop moving all-together.
But, as gto78 said, you need to determine if: 1) it is actually the engine that is not revving smoothly
or 2) is the engine revving smoothly but the tach needle is not rising smoothly.

It's Number #2
Should I add fuel injection in the car, maybe it would help clean it? I don't know, just a thought.

should you what??? if the engine is smooth then its a GAUGE problem. the gauges are messed up. i'd pushed down the needles to make sure they're tight. even if you didn't take em off you can pull them loose when you try putting the indiglos over them.
not smooth rpms if it is really an engine problem can also be caused by poor grounding. so if a ground wire was coming loose that could cause it maybe, but i bet its your gauges.
