Going to Dealership. Need Help!!

I am taking my car into the dealership for the 20th time. What is the "technical way to speak to them about LIFT in the GT-S. My lift only kicks in about 50% of the time. I have heard about the bolt breaking off and i am bringing that up but i don't know the Technical term for explaining lift.

I'm having the same problem in my car lift doesn't kick in and engine limit is at 7000 rpms when it does kick in the delivery is so jerky it makes the car buck. It's at the dealership right now, I seriously doubt it will be fixed when I get it back. I've heard about a bolt too but that it was overtightened. Course that's all I know and I sound like an idiot telling that to the service guy. Good luck with your case....
