An automatic can always be converted to a manual, and most of the time they're in better shape than manuals.

so if this were manual people would pay 14,000 for it?.. is this because of the kit or miles?

Im sure they could be talked down some, but it looks like they want that much just because of the miles... Though rumor has it near me there is a white 2001 or 2 GTS, with 15k on it. The guy wants a little more than this car.

I think it's the fact that it's a 2004 Tsunami Edition Celica in great shape with low miles.

Lol, but Joe's celi is an 01 with around 70k and he's selling it himself, that tsunami is an 04 with 57k and being sold at a dealership, but after negotiations some money would be taken off evening out the difference.
Does Joe still have his?

Yes Joe still has his. And if i were to pick up joes I would sell a bunch of his parts as i dont need them (Trial Kit, OEM HIDS, Rims, TRD BBK ect ect) and then I would transfer my stuff over and sell my GT. I would purchase stock parts and sell some of my aftermarket stuff and upgrade to new stuff like the Rotora brakes for the Brembo Brakes and ect ect.
Depending on this year it could be in my driveway next year
So in the end I can get Joe's car for less and sell some of his parts to recoup even more money plus the selling of some of my parts makes his car a smarter buy by about 5-6k.
And mileage doesnt matter to me as the entire engine is going to get built anyways

I thought you were getting a shell since its going to be gutted anyway and would be cheaper too
