ok i jus recently misshifted....toyota hasnt had a chance to look at it yet because they are jus too busy this week....anyways, i know my syncros are shot...i know that because thats the reason i blew my tranny....the gear box locked up on me going from 3rd to 4th gear and i blew it in nuetral.....

my factory warrant is up...but i also bought the platnimum extended warranty with my car....so all should be good, but thats exactly it......the extended warranty only covers certain things....theres an extensive list of things that they do cover....

so my queston is...what would be another term for syncros?...because i didnt see anything about syncros being covered....the warranty states a lot of other parts regarding...

Manual Transmission Components
Transfer Case Components, ALL internally lubricated components and:

Clutch Master Cylinder
Clutch Release Cylinder
Gears and Shafts
Seals and Gaskets
Shift Linkage
Transmission Mounts
Plus:

Case
Clutch Pedal Subassembly
Control Position Indicator Subassembly
Master Cylinder Reservoir
Radial Ball Bearing (for Clutch Release) and/or Clutch Fork
Shift Lever Boot and/or Retainer
Shift Lever Knob
Shift Lever Subassembly

does any of the above represent the syncros....?

i dont really know another term but if it says all manual transmisson components, i'd definately think they'd be covered.
