where should i start.....as i was watching tv, my door bell rings....as i answer it, there a guy who was about 22-25....he was one of those sales men for some vaccum....NEway...as he was leaving...this was his story

HIM: nice car. do u wanna race
ME: i don't race on the street anymore...my car is quick, not fast
HIM: it's ok, i'll race on the track
ME: sounds good. what do u have
HIM: STOCK 95 supra TT w/ over 700hp

ME: where did u get it from
HIM: I got it off ebay for $6g's...it's imported for europe

HIM: yeah i had to do some mods to it for the us specs...wheel well...ect...

from the time he said that he has a STOCK 700+hp supra TT.....i was deing w/ laughter inside......any1 else talk to ignorent ricer like this??....i'm not all that knowing about everything but i know i will not be like him

that's pretty funny...me and some of the atl. celi people had a stupid encounter with a focus a few weeks back. this guy drives up in a plain stock focus and proceeds to ask "which one of you is the stockest?" my friend danny said that he didnt have any engine stuff done so the focus guy then says "race me then." the funniest part was right after that he proceeds to stall his car and try to play it off by starting it back up and kinda changing the subject. he asks what type of engine we have, we say 1.8L 4 with 180 hp stock and then he informs us that he has a 2.0L with VTEC. i thought i misunderstood him and he meant to say "zetec" or whatever the fords do have, so asked him to make sure it was "VTEC" and sure enough thats what he said. unfortunately none of us raced him (i dont street race anyways and we were at one of the strips where there are cops everywhere you look) but it was still funny.

I had to listen to someone I work with describe his plans for his 2002 Eclipse GT.

1. Was getting a replica kit to match the car from F&F. (uhm wrong generation)

2. Was planning on adding the Decepticon logo to the hood, Really big (F'in stupid)

3. Was going to remove the "Stock Supercharger" (Didn't know they had stock superchargers....Must be a new model)

4. Adding a PS2, GameCube and XBox as well as 3 lcd screens, 2 in the back, 1 in the front. (Overkill)

5. Removing rear seats to add a system, 3-12" or 3-15" subs wasn't sure yet. (What about the LCD's in the Back?)

6. Was doing a stage 3 upgrade for Drag Racing (it's an automatic and he didn't know a stage 3 what or what was included in doing that.)

Now me personally I have a 100% stock Celica and I love the car. If I could afford to mod it I would but well I can't yet. But overkill and taking everything out of a movie w/o any concept on what you have and how it works is just sick. He'll either end up with a completly destroyed drivetrain or plastered against a wall.

Last weekend at a BBQ listened to a friend of a friend describe the cars his friends father owns.

1. a "Supercar" that can make 90 deg. turns at 190 MPH due to the AC compressors that suck the car to the ground.

2. The fastest F1 car in the league. (900 hp V-8)

Actually, I was looking at Toyota's sales for 2001 a few months ago, and they did sell a few new Supras in the US. I'm sure they must've cost a lot, plus they were probably right hand drive. New MKIV Supras are still sold in Japan, BTW.

I cant stand dumbass ricers. My friend has an RSX type S and insists that his car is faster because it has more hp even though he cant keep up with me. Just to show you how dumb he is he bought the 2002 RSX type S used with 20,000 miles on it. Its not even a year old yet. Makes me wonder which countries it has been driven to before? haha

Actually I'd rather get one with that kind of miles. It indicates regular use and lots of highway which overall is better for a car than less miles in town. Hes still ghey for wasting his cash on a Honda tho.

Well I know it wasnt highway miles cause it came used with AEM CAI and some generic muffler that had an air leak. And it also had one of those huige ricer metal aluminum wings on the back. Someone drove the **** out of it cause let me tell you that I have driven brand new Type S's and his didnt drive anything like it.
