With my turbo set-up i cant run power steering and had to remove the unit, then run a shorter belt.
I had to loop the belt on the outside of the AC and alt. and now the AC line rubs on the belt when bolted up.
Is there a way to bend the pipe or have another flange put on so i can re-install the AC so that it clears the belt?

this picture better explains it.

right where the arrow is is where the ac line interferes with the new belt route.
this is the OE set-up:

The OE setup would normally have the belt round the water pump before going to the alt.
Is there a way to bend the end piece of the line without cracking or breaking the pipe?

the AC line will bend i had to do that when i installed my DD IM. when you bend the AC line go easy with the amount of force you use to bend it otherwise you will crack the line or even crease it

JUST TRIED IT AND IT DOESNT BECAUSE THERE ISNT ENOUGH ROOM.
^WHAT DID YOU USE TO BEND THE PIPE? DID YOU HEAT IT AT ALL TO HELP WITH MALABILITY?

^ Yea you should be able to bend it by hand just BE CAREFUL stay as far from the flange as you can.

^how when i need to bend it at the flange?
i'm not talking about the little lines that run alone the fenderwell I'm talking about the 1/2" piece that bolts to the AC unit...This tube seems pretty strong.

no i'm talking about the line where it bolts to the ac compressor. it has a 80 degree bend and i need it to be sharper to clear the re-routed belt.
