Bought his Greddy Emanage on November 21st, and have not received an update about shipping, status, anything. Pm'ed him and filed a refund claim with paypal. No response even though he has logged into the site recently.
This would be the second person on this forum to rip me off in several months. The last one was for an engine that ended up costing me 2500.00 after all was said and done. I'm beginning to think you can't trust anyone anymore.

Sorry to read about this Chris.. No doubt you are having bad luck with sellers here.. GunGTS has defiantly been on recently too; Last Activity: Yesterday 07:09 PM - I don't think its right for people to ACCEPT the payment if they are not ready to ship out the item within a timely matter, otherwise don't accept the payment until you are. How is this so hard for people to understand??? I don't get it. Chris as long as he doesn't respond to your paypal dispute within xx amount of days the paypal dispute you have open will end in your favor. If he does decide to contact you don't close any open dispute and wait for the shipping information. He can then respond to the claim but never close a claim because they say their account is "locked" that is not your fault but theirs. Keep us posted.

Thanks for the support guys. And you're right younggun, regardless of our differences we can all relate when we spend good money and get screwed. We've all been there, and it's a terrible feeling!

Scumbags coming out of the woodworks here on nc.org, there's been a grip of people getting scammed on here as of late.
It's a shame really, trustworthy sellers on here are getting harder and harder to come by...

Anyway, really sorry to hear it man.
Hopefully he steps up and gives you your part, or at least a refund.

Thanks Booth. Slight update: Gun responded to my paypal dispute and said there was a mistake on the address he used to ship it and now he has to ship it out again. We'll see what happens.

Resolved. Apparently Gun sent it to the wrong address and then it came back to him. He re-sent it and I received it. All he had to do was let me know and I would have been fine. I guess besides the 4 week wait, all is well.

A little communications can go a long way. Most buyers are very understanding if you just let them know what is going on.
