Today I went to court and there was no judge to do the ruling of the traffic ticket. Anyways, the one that is sitting in front of the judge doing the paper work went on with the session and record it.
Before the session begin, a person up in front of the court room say that if anyone haven't have a moving violation within the past two years. The person will get to attend driving school and get their ticket suspended.
There was alot of people going 70mph on a 40mph zone that get to go to driving school. But when it was my turn, I didn't get the chance to go to driving school. This is my first ticket and I was going 86mph on a 60mph zone. When I ask the person doing the paper work, he say I was going to fast.
What the difference between me and the other people. The other people drive 4mph more than me. Is it because my speed it higher? I don't alot of court thing but I need some opinion.
