Today I went to court and there was no judge to do the ruling of the traffic ticket. Anyways, the one that is sitting in front of the judge doing the paper work went on with the session and record it.

Before the session begin, a person up in front of the court room say that if anyone haven't have a moving violation within the past two years. The person will get to attend driving school and get their ticket suspended.

There was alot of people going 70mph on a 40mph zone that get to go to driving school. But when it was my turn, I didn't get the chance to go to driving school. This is my first ticket and I was going 86mph on a 60mph zone. When I ask the person doing the paper work, he say I was going to fast.

What the difference between me and the other people. The other people drive 4mph more than me. Is it because my speed it higher? I don't alot of court thing but I need some opinion.

 Well, that totally doesn't sound right. Unless in Louisianna they are totally biased against people who go over 70. You should go back to the traffic court facility and ask them. If you've gone to traffic school within the past year here in CA, then you can't do it again but otherwise you could. And usually on your first time offense they go easy on you.

Go ask someone who know's don't just leave it at that. If you have one of those handy dandy driving manuals, it should say so in there too.

I just call recently, the only way I get to go to driving school if I didn't go faster than 24mph over the speed limit. Dam, only 2mph away. It could have been worst if the cop stop me 3sec later. I was pressing on the gas and reaching 95mph to go somewhere(late!). Dam, insurance gonna go up.
