TRD sway bar and strut bar compatibility

I saw a TRD sway bar and strut bar for sale locally for $275, the guy said he bought it for his Scion TC but no longer has any use for it and it should fit the Celica. I was wondering if anyone has confirm this. I don't know much about sways and struts..
